Overview

Kelly is a litigation lawyer with experience in general commercial litigation and IP disputes. Her experience includes working on a wide range of complex intellectual property disputes, encompassing copyright, passing off, trade marks, anti-counterfeiting and patents.

Kelly advises clients across industries including technology, consumer goods and retail.

Prior to joining Spruson & Ferguson Lawyers, Kelly worked at leading domestic law firm in Sydney and advised clients in entertainment and financial services industries.

Kelly holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney. She was admitted as a lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2020 and as a Solicitor of the High Court of Australia in 2025.
