Based in Sydney, Jesmine is an IP litigation lawyer with a strong focus on patent and copyright disputes. With four years’ post-admission experience and five years working across private practice and in-house roles in Federal Court litigation, she combines technical capability with a commercial mindset to guide clients through complex contentious matters.

Her practice spans the full lifecycle of disputes, from preparing pleadings and evidence to managing discovery, drafting and responding to letters of demand, and supporting settlement strategies. She is also experienced in advising on commercial issues involving privacy and the evolving risks and opportunities surrounding AI.
