Hiba is a registered Australian Trade Mark Attorney who works with clients across a wide range of industries, helping them protect and manage their trade mark rights both in Australia and internationally.

Her practice spans the full lifecycle of trade mark prosecution, including filing strategy, examination, and enforcement. With experience in both domestic and overseas markets, Hiba brings a global perspective to brand protection.

Prior to joining Spruson & Ferguson, she worked as a trade mark specialist in an international IP firm, where she developed a strong interest in intellectual property and gained experience advising clients on trade mark matters across diverse jurisdictions.

Hiba holds a Bachelor in Political Studies and Public Administration from the American University of Beirut, and a Graduate Certificate in Trade Mark Law and Practice from the University of Technology Sydney.

She was registered as a trade mark attorney in 2024.
