Audrey is a Qualified Chinese Patent Attorney in our Chemical & Life Sciences team. She has extensive experience navigating complex drafting and prosecuting patent applications, as well as searching, filings, strategic discovery, and other patent-related matters. Audrey has worked with clients to manage their diverse patent portfolios across major jurisdictions such as in Hong Kong SAR, the United States, mainland China, Europe, Japan, and South Korea, and other regions globally.

Audrey graduated with a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Western Washington University, providing her with a strong technical foundation and a deep understanding of scientific innovation. She prioritises direct collaboration with clients in academia and industry and leverage patents to help achieve their business goals.

Her expertise spans a broad range of technical fields, including pharmaceuticals, materials chemistry, diagnostics, electrochemistry, and biologically active compounds. Audrey also has hands-on experience in chemical synthesis, small molecule interactions, and metalloenzyme research, allowing her to quickly grasp highly technical inventions and translate them into clear, strategically drafted patent applications.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin she is well-positioned to support cross-border matters and advise clients operating in both local and international markets.
